Self-Massage
Live in the Light

Expose yourself to the light; living in the shadow does not serve you.

A head massage can be done at any time of the day to ease away nervous tension, combat stress, relieve emotional pressures, or alleviate fatigue. Massaging the head encourages sleep, and stimulating the cranial nerves and part of the vagus nerve helps establish two-brain harmony.

Sit down and rest your elbows on a table. Use the fingers of both hands to apply a firm massage to the head and scalp, in a circling motion. Include the forehead, the area around the eyebrows, the temples, and the nape of the neck. The massage should take you about 3 minutes.
